Description

“Troika” from Lieutenant Kije Suite Op. 60 is one of Prokofiev’s most famous pieces and has become a piece popular at the festive time. Although it was not intended to be a Christmas themed piece, it was made popular when Greg Lake used the theme in his Christmas hit, “I Believe in Father Christmas.”

This arrangement for wind quintet is ideal for the advanced quartet and will be a great addition to festive concerts.
