Description
This energetic work for full orchestra (with Optional Vocal Soloist & Choir Parts) features several well-known Sea Shanties combined to create a longer work. This arrangement features the shanties; “Drop of Nelson’s Blood / Roll the Old Chariot”, Rolling down to Old Maui and the Tik-Tok sensation that started the revival of shanties – “Soon May the Wellerman Come”. The work is easily approachable by Grade 2+ school and community orchestras. All vocal parts included. This would be a rousing finale to any combined concert!
