This store is dedicated to selling my own compositions and my arrangements of public domain music.

After a successful career spanning 25 years as a classroom music teacher, including all UK years from 7 to 13 (Old school secondary years 1 to Upper 6th) it is true to say that I learned a lot from my pupils and students. When I retired, I determined that my highly developed skills as a composer and arranger should earn me a little pin money, giving me the double pleasure of spending my retirement doing something I loved and being able to make money from it.

I have been a brass player in local brass bands for over 50 years and so my output is primarily aimed at British style brass bands, but I also write for woodwinds and strings and a little for voices and, lately, a great deal of small ensemble music or chamber works but I even have an orchestral piece or two.

I am always willing to consider requests for new pieces for specific ensembles or in particular styles so pelase, drop me a line. My tastes in music are eclectic and wide ranging so I’m happy to think about any commission.
