Founder of LLB Music Publishing is David E. Harris, a composer  in the Nashville, Tennessee area who earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Trumpet Performance from Furman University. Further education at  the University of Memphis, includes a Master of Music degree in Music Theory and Doctor of Musical Arts in Composition.  Dr. Harris is a past member of the trumpet sections of the Greenville (S.C.) and Memphis Symphony Orchestras and a current member of the Brentwood Baptist Church Orchestra where he plays trumpet and keyboard.
