Description

The only great orchestration in the world of Hungarian Dance composed by Wilhelm Popp for Flute and Piano. In 2023, it will be performed in D.E.U State Conservatory Orchestra.

In the lassu part, besides the lyrical orchestration, the flute solo is accompanied by other instruments with small touches.

Having a simple string orchestration in the friska part ensures that the flute can be heard clearly. All instruments are arranged so that they can be heard energetically, as if symbolizing the mobility of Hungarian dances in tutti areas.

Another feature of the orchestra is that it can only be played by chamber orchestras when there are no woodwind or brass instruments.
