Description

The orchestral adaptation of this work, composed for violin and piano by Pablo de Sarasate, was made with an original introduction.

The introduction at the beginning is inspired by Southern Spanish Music and consists of two sections containing Malaguena tones.

The piece, adapted for large orchestra, including the Solo Violin part, can also be performed for use only in string orchestra parts.

Although there is no addition on the original violin part, all the structures of the piano accompaniment were distributed to the instruments in the orchestra, and original accompaniment motifs were added to this distribution and supported by castanets.
