Description

This well-known Christmas hymn is arranged as an unaccompanied instrumental duet with a pastoral, yet triumphant flavor. A contrapuntal style in the traditional 4/4 transitions to triple meter in verse two. The return of 4/4 in verse three is accompanied by a key change.
