Description

This is an arrangement for flexi trio of Couperin’s Baricades Misterieuses, which was originally for keyboard. The music follows a repeating theme which is passed around the ensemble and will provide a good test of lip-slurring ability for all three players (wind) and cross string work for the strings. Parts are provided for instruments in C (Treble/Alto/Bass), Bb and Eb
This would make a good ensemble piece for A level students for their recital or for a concert of Baroque music.
