Dawn, the second track from the debut album ‘Reflections’ (2010). This is another piece that was inspired by text and started life as part of a poetry and music collaboration project called Severn Spirit with Jeff Phelps and Simon Fletcher c.2002. It was later developed slightly before being recorded for the album. It’s most unique and special use though was when it was performed at the wedding of close friends when they asked me to play it live as the bride walked down the aisle. I’m still flattered that they chose this piece to be played during such a personal and important part of their day.
