Description
A beautiful and lyrical setting of the scripture verse “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord”. Written in memory of a dear friend, this work is scored for alto (or mezzo-soprano) and tenor duet with piano accompaniment. The text is in Latin (“Benedictus qui venit in nomine Domini”). This piece is appropriate for both church services (especially on Palm Sunday) and concerts/recitals, as well as wedding ceremonies and funeral services.Â
